This is one of my quickest blog post recipes as I am now a full-time Holistic Nutrition student at The Canadian School of Natural Nutrition! For the next two years I will do my best at creating simple, delicious, whole-food recipes like this one however the consistency may not be as many as I would hope to from month to month. As far as Instagram goes, I do try my best to post something that inspires me or something I have accomplished daily. If your anything like me, I’m always needing an extra “pick-me-up” throughout the day. If I know I have a changelling workout planned or a long run ahead I make sure to pop a few of these in mouth to fuel me through. I also LOVE these balls on homemade chia pudding as a afternoon snack, or even dunked into some creamy almond butter for a late night dessert.
