Made with a homemade easy grilled/or baked flatbread (adapted by @thefirstmess) and stuffed with spicy, roasted chickpeas, fresh tomatoes, red onions, dill, parsley, and a homemade garlic dill sauce (adapted by @minimalistbaker). Best when fresh, though leftover chickpeas and sauce will keep well stored separately in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
Highly recommend to sprinkle cheese of your choice on top before warming up as this just brings these shawarma's to a whole other level!
