Ingredients
DRY INGREDIENTS
- 1/2cup dried cranberrieschopped
- 1/4cup mini non-dairy chocolate chips*I like to use Enjoy Life brand
- 3/4cup BOB’s gluten-free rolled oats
- 1/2cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/4cup chia seeds
WET INGREDIENTS
- 3/4cup sunflower seed butter*I like to use Sunbutter brand
- 1/4cup 100% pure maple syrup
OPTIONAL TOPPING
- 1tablespoon dried cherrieschopped
- 1tablespoon mini non-dairy chocolate chips
Recipe Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks. Bites are soft, but firm the first day.
